Latest updates
We are writing to update you on our current Operating Procedures in response to the increase in infection rates of COVID 19.
We can confirm that we will remain open and available to help for any eye care concerns and our opening hours will remain as before.
Monday-Friday 09.00-5.30pm
Saturday 09.00-2.00pm
In view of the latest Government guidelines and considering the Stay Home message we have made the decision that we will only be seeing patients for urgent or essential eye exams at this time. We will therefore temporarily suspend sending out your routine eye exam reminders.
Please be reassured we are here to help if you have any concerns and our Optometrists will be available if you need advice on whether your appointment is considered urgent or essential at this time.
If you feel an appointment is required it is important you contact the practice within our opening hours where we will be able to arrange this for you. We will also still be available for any spectacle queries, repairs or contact lens requirements and home delivery can be arranged locally.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any urgent eye problems or concerns but if you require advice out of hours, please contact NHS 111 or search www.eyecare.wales.nhs.uk to find an accredited Optometrist in the local area who may be available.
Many thanks for your support
Stay safe
